Deposits & Cancellations:
It is important to recognize that when appointments are forgotten or canceled without adequate notice, it results in missed opportunities to allocate that time to other clients. This not only affects our ability to serve clients promptly but also inconveniences those
who eagerly await their scheduled services. To uphold the mutual benefit and respect of both our valued clients and dedicated service providers, we have implemented the following appointment booking terms:
To secure your appointment, a nominal deposit is required, given the high demand for our time slots. Please note that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The deposit serves as a commitment to your appointment reservation.
Should you wish to reschedule your appointment, kindly reach out to us via email or phone with at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel or attend your appointment will result in being marked as a “NO SHOW,” and a 100% charge of the initial procedure cost will be incurred.
Appointments scheduled within the next 48 hours cannot be rescheduled. If you must cancel within this window, your deposit will not be reimbursed. Your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these terms are greatly appreciated.
To request a rescheduling of your appointment, we kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ advance notice. Should you need to reschedule your appointment within this 48- hour window, your initial deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be necessary to secure another appointment.
In the event of a late arrival, we regret that we cannot extend the duration of your appointment. If your arrival is delayed by more than 10 minutes, we will need to
reschedule, out of consideration for our artists and other clients. It’s essential to note that arriving more than 10 minutes late will necessitate the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be necessary to secure a new appointment.
Healing results are unique to each individual client, and we have no control over the natural healing process. It is strongly recommended that clients undergo a minimum of two sessions, with the possibility of additional touch-ups in certain cases. These procedures are designed to enhance individual features and are not a substitute for makeup products.
Clients should be fully aware of the inherent risks and uncertainties associated with cosmetic tattooing before booking an appointment. If, at the time of the appointment, it becomes evident that the client may not fully comprehend these aspects or that the decision may be impulsive, we reserve the right to decline service, and the deposit will be forfeited.
PURPOSE OF TOUCH-UPS
Permanent makeup touch-ups can achieve optimal and long-lasting results. The pigments are deposited into the skin at varying depths during the initial application. The healing process, individual skin characteristics, and external factors can effect how the pigment settles. Some areas may experience slight fading or unevenness as the skin heals and regenerates. This is entirely normal and common. Touch-ups allow artists to address areas that may have faded or require additional pigment to achieve a harmonious and balanced appearance. We refine and perfect the initial work, ensuring that your permanent makeup remains fresh and vibrant for an extended period.
This touch-up is absolutely necessary for the best results after every initial permanent makeup application including: Microblading, Powder Brow, Hybrid Brow, Lip Blush and Eyelash Enhancement, and Shaded Eyeliner. In this session, we perfect the shape, color, and overall appearance. Secondary Touch-Ups are required 4-5 weeks after the initial service to ensure optimal healing and results. In the event that a Secondary Touch-Up appointment is scheduled after the 5-week mark from your initial appointment, an additional $100 fee (totaling $250) will be applied. This fee is necessary to account for the expected fading and the additional time required for the artist to refine and perfect your permanent makeup.
6 Month Touch-Up
The 6 Month Touch-Up session is for those with very oily skin, larger pores, and individuals that have a very active lifestyle (exercising approximately 4-6 days a week & sweat often). With this simple touch-up, we are able to bring your brows, lips, and eyes back to their full, balanced, and beautiful glory. This session applies to Microblading, Powder Brow, Hybrid Brow, Eyelash Enhancement, and Shaded Eyeliner, and is reserved for those clients who have had their initial appointments with Brow Eyed Girl. Everybody and every face is different! Your artist can recommend this service if it’s right for you, or if you notice significant fading around 6 months after your initial appointment, then booking a 6-month touch up is the way to go.
Annual Color Boost
Revitalize your beauty with our exclusive Annual Color Boost session, designed to breathe new life into your PMU. This specialized touch-up brings more warmth and definition into the existing faded pigment and enhances shape. With this simple touch-up, we are able to bring your brows, ad lips back to their full, balanced, and beautiful glory around the 9-12 month mark after your initial service. The Annual Color Boost applies to Microblading, Powder Brow, Hybrid Brow, and Lip Blush. This premium session is reserved exclusively for clients who have entrusted their beauty to Brow Eyed Girl during their initial appointments.

Color Boost (Eyeliner)
This specialized touch-up brings more warmth and definition into the existing faded pigment and enhances shape. With this simple touch-up, we are able to bring your eyes back to their full, balanced, and beautiful glory. The 18 Month Color Boost applies to Eyelash Enhancement and Shaded Eyeliner. This premium session is reserved exclusively for clients who have entrusted their beauty to Brow Eyed Girl during their initial appointments.
To maintain the vibrancy and perfection of your PMU, we recommend regular touch-ups at scheduled intervals. For those who have surpassed the 18-month mark since their initial Microblading, Powder Brow, Hybrid Brow, or Lip Blush appointment, a touch-up may no longer suffice due to natural fading over time. For Eyelash Enhancement and Shaded Eyeliner, the same applies over 24 months. If your initial service was more than 18 / 24 months ago, please select the Initial Service when booking your appointment and embrace a fresh, revitalized look that stands the test of time with our tailored approach to lasting beauty.
Corrections/Previous Permanent Makeup:
PRE-APPROVAL IS REQUIRED!
If you have prior eyebrow or eyeliner tattoos and are seeking a cover-up or re-work, we kindly request that you send a clear photo to email@example.com before proceeding to book your appointment. In certain cases where the previous work is excessively dark, dense, discolored, or large, we highly recommend tattoo removal before initiating the cover-up or re-work process.
Upon reviewing your submitted photos, we will contact you via email to assess your eligibility for permanent makeup services. If we determine that your eyebrows and/or eyeliner can be corrected, we will reach out to you via email and/or phone, request a non-refundable $100 deposit, and schedule an appointment for the procedure.
This protocol is established to ensure the best possible outcome for your permanent makeup and your satisfaction as our valued client. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is greatly appreciated.
